POURED IN PLACE

FlexiTurf uses a top of the line Poured in Place (PIP) surfacing system that has been spreading at an intense rate, due to the increased safety, aesthetics and low maintenance. Poured in Place is a two-step system. The first step produces the SBR layer (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) composed of 100% recycled tire. This base serves as a cushion layer protecting against falls.  Step two adds the color coat , EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), made from virgin rubber available in various colors. The EPDM technology allows us to implement designs such as logos, learning themes, patterns, and anything you can imagine.
